Claudio Bruni is a Civil Engineer, graduated from the University of São Paulo Polytechnic School of Engineering, in 1978.
Mr. Bruni’s entire career was dedicated to real estate investment, development and management. From 1979 to 1989 Mr. Bruni worked for Multiplan, being appointed the Company's Executive Vice-President in 1985, when the group was the largest real estate developer in Brazil - Mr. Bruni was responsible for all development activities, involving shopping centers, residential and office development at Multiplan.
After leaving Multiplan, Mr. Bruni founded DEICO, that became Brazil’s largest independent real estate services company and was later acquired by BR Malls.
Mr. Bruni co-founded BR Properties in 2006, acting as CEO and board member of the company since then. Heading BR Properties Mr. Bruni was directly responsible for taking the company from the initial US$ 100 million capital raising to US$ 7.1 billion in real estate assets by the end of 2012, completing a full investment cycle with the divestments made by the Company until 2016.
In June 2016, Mr. Bruni co-founded ULBREX Capital.
Eduardo Bruni is a Production Engineer, graduated from the University of São Paulo Polytechnic School of Engineering, in 2007. Eduardo’s career is fully dedicated to Investment Banking activities.
Eduardo worked for Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division, participating in several M&A and capital markets debt and equity transactions from 2007 to 2008, when he joined Credit Suisse Fixed Income and Structuring Group, a team responsible for corporate lending, derivatives and special situations, recognized as one of the most profitable units within Credit Suisse Global Banking Division. From 2008 to 2016, Eduardo was responsible for financial and legal structuring of several transactions in corporate lending and derivatives as well as equity and mezzanine financing in both local and foreign markets.
Eduardo was also involved in both local and offshore syndication efforts of Credit Suisse’s portfolio, being responsible for the distribution of loans and other debt instruments to commercial banks, asset managers, private banking, as well as insurance companies and foreign hedge funds.
In June 2016, Eduardo co-founded ULBREX Capital.
Alan Nery is an Economist, graduated from the University of São Paulo School of Economics and Administration, in 2011.
From 2010 to 2012, Alan worked for Mainstay Asset Management in the buy-side Equity Research division, mainly responsible for regulated and real estate listed companies.
In 2013, Alan joined Janos Holding, a Family Office and Private Equity investment platform founded by Natura´s founding shareholders. Until 2014, Alan was responsible for monitoring investments made by Janos in DESA S/A, a renewable energy company, as well as Bresco Investimentos S.A, a real-estate platform created to develop industrial and logistics properties. Bresco developed until now BRL600 million worth in real estate properties.
In 2014, Alan joined Jera Capital, an investment company dedicated to the Brazilian Real Estate market. From 2014 to 2017 Alan was responsible for structuring and management of equity investments in the Real Estate market, including greenfield projects to develop land allotments and a joint venture with a regional homebuilder to develop multi-family homes.
In January 2017 Alan joined Ulbrex Capital.
